In reply to Gahanna RV & Boat Storage. Absolutely! The market trend is for un-manned RV Storage facilities. Having said that, larger facilities or facilities providing other services (retail, RV valet services, RV servicing, etc.) must consider this when designing their facility.

Great tips here for new facility owners and operators! I think also getting clear on how you will run it will dictate how you want to design it. For some people having staff on site or by appointment or self serve will make a big impact on designing and offerings.
